Baby You Can Drive my Car...

WOW
Is it ever nice having my own wheels again. After driving dad and Jeans car for the last couple weeks I forgot how small and crappy it is but HEY !!! IT'S MY SMALL AND CRAPPY CAR AND I LIKE IT !!!!!!! It runs better than it ever did...Thank You Soooooo much Glenn !!!!! I'm betting its going to get me to Gravenhurst and back no problem this weekend. If I had the money I'd be headed somewhere else tomorrow. I had thought a year ago if I was only in Ontario I would love to go to New York city on Dec 8th 2005 for the 25th anniversary of John Lennon's murder. I bet it's going to be nuts outside the Dakota and across the street in Strawberry Fields. I should have talked to Brad I bet he would have gone for it. He did go to Chicago with me in a small crappy car to Beatlefest !!! I'm pretty much living on my credit card but should soon get some money from Dave which will pay my way up north this weekend. Then when U.I. comes in I'll be able to get caught up and pay off some debts and maybe buy myself a new toy. Only after I'm caught up I'm going to buy myself a new digital camera. A Canon D20 Digital SLR. Around 2 grand with taxes but I've held one and played with it and it's beautifull !!!! 5 frames per second and no delay when you press the shutter button down. Great for those fast action sports shots !

Here is a site I thought Karl might like http://blognhotties.blogspot.com/ And here is one that I found that I like and might be able to try with my new camera LOL http://www.playboy.com/specialeditions/howto/

Have a great night all I'm going to shower and venture out for an hour.

One last thing...
I really hate getting stuff that has been forwarded but this is actually cute so I will post it here. Doesn't mean I want more of this type of crap LOL

Day 2 - Vancouver Blizzard 2005 - Revenge of the Commuters

Chilled Vancouver commuters faced their second day of winter hell today, as an additional ΒΌ centimeter of the peculiar white stuff fell, bringing the lower mainland to its knees and causing millions of dollars worth of damage to the marijuana crops. Scientists suspect that the substance is some form of frozen water particles and experts from Saskatchewan are being flown in. With temperatures dipping to the almost but not quite near zero mark, Vancouverites were warned to double insulate their lattes before venturing out. Vancouver police recommended that people stay inside except for emergencies, such as running out of espresso or biscotti to see them through Vancouver's most terrible storm to date. The local Canadian Tire reported that they had completely sold out of fur lined sandals.

Drivers were cautioned to put their convertible tops up, and several have been shocked to learn that their SUV's actually have four wheel drive, although most have no idea how to use it. Weary commuters faced soggy sushi, and the threat of frozen breast implants. Dr. John Blatherwick, of the Coastal Health Authority reassured everyone that most breast implants were perfectly safe to 25 below. "The government has to do something," snarled an angry Trevor Warburton. "I didn't pay $540,000 for my one bedroom condo so I could sit around and be treated like someone from Toronto."

at the time I posted this it was plus 6 in Nanaimo !!!
