NY City First night june 8

     Well after we left Fall River Mass. We headed to our next destination which was NY City. We had booked a room in New Jersey that some family had recommended. It was a short bus trip to NY City from there and saved driving in NY and trying to find parking. We checked into our room and after relaxing a while we decided to take our first trip into the city. It was everything we expected and more!

     The bus we took stopped at the port authority building which is a couple blocks from the hub of downtown. We walked around and took a few photos trying not to get lost. We then stopped and purchased our tickets for the Hop on Hop off bus tour for the next day. We bought the 2 day pass which cost about 20 bucks more total and included a boat trip to get up close to the statue of liberty and a free bike rental in Central Park which we did not use LOL. It was a good first experience!
